Collective bargaining negotiations with the EVG
On February 28, 2023, DB Group started collective bargaining negotiations with the Railway and Transport Workers Union (EVG). After seven rounds of negotiations and two warning strikes, the EVG declared the negotiations to have failed at the end of June 2023 and announced a ballot. Prior to this, a mediation session will be held from July 17 to 31, 2023, under the direction of Prof. Heide Pfarr and Dr. Thomas de Maizière.
